Nutrition Coaching

There are two ways to work with me.

I offer 121 Nutritional Coaching which is £75 for 4 weeks and can be paid in one payment of £225 or £75 every 4 weeks. 

I will need to work with you for a minimum of 3 months. This is to give us both the best chance of success in building healthy lifestyle habits that make you look and feel better for the rest of your life. 

Included in this- 

-Free 20 minute Discovery Call so you can make sure we are the right fit

-Access to a Weekly Habit Tracker which we can use to track your progress

-Weekly Check In's | These are done by video call to ensure you're progressing towards your goals. Adaptions can be made if needed.

- Daily Communication - availability via WhatsApp with the same day response.

- Nutritional Plan | A bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored to you and your goals with a Calorie / macronutrient split.

- Access to my Meal Ideas | Meal ideas pack containing over 50 different meal and snack ideas provided to support you making the changes you want along with a Recipe of the Month straight to your inbox every month

-My Self Care Guide sent straight to your inbox to help you with ideas to improve your overall wellbeing and mental health 

- Nutritional Support | Support planning your food for the week ahead, suggestions for social events, guidance for restaurant outings and ideas for meal prepping.

- Full Review of all goals set  | Every 4 weeks we will fully review your goals, discuss what has worked well and what needs adapting then plan your next 4 weeks

- Weekly habit goals  | A new habit building goal set each week

- Lifestyle Adjustments | Changes made to the plan when needed e.g. Special occasion, holiday etc. 


I also offer a 4 week Nutritional and Lifestyle plan which is £45 for a personalised 4 week plan - I recommend working together for 3 months to give us the best chance of building new habits you can continue long term.
