Dried White Mulberries



Happy Wednesday and it is time to showcase dried white mulberries! Dried fruit gets a bad rap. Yes it contains less water than the fresh alternative but there is no reason it cannot be enjoyed as part of a balanced diet.

Portion control is key!

Dried fruit is a win for a snack in our house and these dried white mulberries are so sweet and taste very similar to raisins!

They are high in iron, Vitamin C, Vitamin K and Vitamin E!

We have started including them in our fruit and nut bowls and snacking on them individually too.

They make for an interesting looking snack and are sure to get some comments in the office when people notice them in your lunch!

Why not spice up your afternoon snack and start including them in your diet too!
